Jingwei implements an interactive wireless campaign for China Circuit Championship, the Chinese version of Formula 1
The contract should generate revenue of approximately $1.5M (RMB 10M) over the next 5 years

Shenzhen, China - Jingwei International Limited (OTC Bulletin Board: JNGW.OB) ("Jingwei" or the "Company"), one of China's leading technology services providers specializing in data mining and software, today announced that it has been selected by and has commenced a program for China Circuit Championship (CCC), the leading motorsports racing Company in China, to manage, create, and execute a wireless marketing campaign throughout China.

The Company expects that the contract will generate approximately $1.5M in revenues over the next 5 years, beginning in the current fiscal year.

Jingwei created an interactive campaign through its wireless interactive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that enables a sponsor's products promotion through attracting customers to join their campaigns.

This system integrates traditional and wireless media in one platform.

China Circuit Championship has selected Jingwei to create brand recognition, provide sponsors with more media exposure, promote Chinese interest in racing events as well as quickly attract more fans to the racing scene.

According to Regis Kwong, CEO: "We are gratified that as a result of this campaign, CCC has been able to reach over 5.5 million new consumers that were exposed to the CCC racing event while at the same time increasing brand recognition through Jingwei's CRM system."

"Through this system and its access to the over 300 million data records of consumers in China, CCC was able to have developed over 1 million members in a CCC Club. This Club, which provides consumers access to various mobile interactive programs, scavenger hunt promotions, activities providing for drivers' voting, real time broadcasting activities, a good will ambassador program and other interactive brand development activities, has provided future access to more precise information on the membership including member demographics, contact information, their preferences and interest pattern developed through their response to promotional activities.
This provides a valuable source of information for the continued rollout of the interactive campaign over the next few years".
