2008 marks the 29th year Frontiers North has provided intimate polar bear tours on the Churchill tundra from a world-famous Tundra Buggy. These programs are geared to accommodate small groups of travelers with specific interests in experiential travel, photography, culture and adventure.
Frontiers North also offers wildlife viewing programs such as grizzly bear adventures in Port Hardy, BC, musk ox viewing and Inuit cultural programs in Elu Inlet, Nunavut, and Northern Lights tours in Churchill during the month of March.
The company is also known internationally as a leader in Canada's sustainable tourism industry, with strong company ethos generating global awareness through partnerships with organizations such as Polar Bears International (PBI), a non-profit organization dedicated to the worldwide conservation of polar bears through research and education.
