Sinmax Global will be rebranded as TITAN Sinmax and brings competencies in all of the major platforms including Hyperion(R), Cognos(R), Business Objects(R), IBM(R) WebSphere(R) DataStage(R) and OutlookSoft(R).
From its base in Singapore, Sinmax serves clients globally in North America, Asia and the Middle East. The acquisition further expands TITAN's capabilities to support its global clients as well as establish its BI/EPM Global Center of Excellence.

Prior to joining Sinmax, Sanjay also served as Managing Director for South East Asia and India for Hyperion. Muralidharan Govindarajan has been appointed Global Managing Director of BI Technology. Mr. Govindarajan brings over 20 years experience in providing technology solutions focused around performance management. Prior to the acquisition, Mr. Govindarajan was the Technical Director and a Co-Founder of Sinmax Global. Prior to this, Mr. Govindarajan spent nine years with Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore as the Chief Technology Officer focused on performance management, business intelligence, data warehousing, reporting and analytics.
