Business: Global Strategic Staffing Solutions announces in alliance with Manjoorans Group

Partnership expands training and placement capabilities for Indian nurses abroad

Chennai (ANTARA News/PRNewswire-AsiaNet) - Global Strategic Staffing Solutions (GS3), a division of One World United, LLC and leader in preparing professionally trained registered nurses from India to work in the United States, today announces its strategic alliance with Manjoorans Group, India, a pioneering International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and National Council Licensure Examination-Registered Nurse (NCLEX-RN) review school in India.

Through this partnership, GS3 India will partner its proprietary curriculum of clinical, language and cultural training with one of India's most established education leaders to ensure quality trained nursing students are prepared to work in United States and European healthcare systems.

"There is a phenomenal resource for American nursing in India, and given the growing shortages both realized and projected, this alliance offers a wealth of promise for the next generation of nursing," explained Mendel Zilberberg, president and CEO of One World United, LLC, the parent company of GS3-India.

GS3 is currently training more than 5,000 students and nurses in India to match with employers in the United States.

Partnering with Manjoorans Group will provide access to the India-based organization's 11 locations throughout India.

Manjoorans Group is the only IELTS and NCLEX-RN review school in India with a six month, full-time curriculum that is International Organization for Standardization-certified, with more than 25,000 students having passed the NCLEX-RN.

Manjoorans Group's six month curriculum includes more than two months of intensive NCLEX-RN training, two-plus months of IELTS training and one month of concurrent cultural and soft skills training. In preparing these nursing students for work in the United States, that soft skill training includes: assertiveness training, time management, crisis management, computer training, proactive management, goal setting and other necessary skills training necessary for working in the U.S. healthcare system.

"Having been approached by many companies seeking alliance with Manjoorans, we decided GS3, the Indian subsidiary of One World United, was an appropriate partner because of their commitment, scale and level of expertise that would ensure Indian nurses the ability to reach their potential," noted Babu Manjooran, the founder of Manjoorans Group.

GS3 India employs a process of comprehensive applicant screening and utilizes a proven proprietary curriculum of clinical, language and cultural training to identify and train nurses interested in emigrating to the United States and elsewhere.
