Entropic Communications and Actioncable bring c. LINK access technology to China delivering cost-effective Triple-Play services to SiChuan Province

Shenzhen, China (PRIME NEWSWIRE) - Entropic Communications, Inc., a leading provider of silicon solutions to enable connected home entertainment, today announced a partnership with Actioncable to bring innovative broadband solutions to SiChuan province customers in China. This strategic partnership allows Actioncable to offer its customers, leading multiple system operators (MSOs), solutions to cost-effectively deliver multimedia services over the existing cable infrastructure to single-family homes, apartment complexes and high-density multi-dwelling units (MDUs).

c.LINK(r) Access Suits Specific Needs of Region

Actioncable, which integrates Entropic's c.LINK technology in customer premise equipment (CPE), has finalized a new agreement with the SiChuan province in China to deliver Internet and video-on-demand services in addition to normal CATV services to SiChuan subscribers.
