Technology: Dilithium DTG Multimedia Gateway wins award in China

Petaluma, Calif. - Dilithium, the leading supplier of converged video solutions announced that the Dilithium DTG multimedia gateway received a prestigious award at the International Symposium (Fifth) on Wireless Communication Applications in China.

Dilithium was awarded the "2007-2008 Best Product and Solution in Wireless Communication."

This award reflected recognition of Dilithium's leading edge 3G transcoding technology and gateway products.

Dilithium products and solutions are currently in commercial 3G trials with major operators and service providers in China.

The Symposium was sponsored by the China Ministry of Information Industry and the award was issued by Mr Zhu, ex Vice Minister of MII and current Chairman of China Communication Association.

Technology: Dilithium unveils content adapter for real-time mobile video

Petaluma, California (BUSINESS WIRE) - Dilithium, the global leader in high-quality multimedia delivery over mobile and broadband networks, today announced the Dilithium Content Adapter (DCA), a high capacity and scalable solution that automates the real-time adaptation and delivery of video content over multiple networks to any device. Dilithium's patented technologies perform real-time, on demand media conversion with minimal latency, avoiding the need for costly off-line transcoding.
